is this that is all needed to run the rear setup plus ebrake? Minus the lines needed…
no. you require backing plates with mini drum brakes which grip in inside of the rotor performing the ebrake function.

btw, if you want to only use the calipers, you can use a hydraulic handbrake, then you don’t need the handbrake asembly.
