well, the build is pretty much over, sooo, i want something else to work on. the interior should be finished this weekend or next, it will be black and white. i’m looking to grab up a 90’ and later 300zx preferably turbo, in good running condition, with minimal body rust, money may have to be added considering the shape of the car to be traded. on to what my car has. but since i have to post a price as per forum rules, i think $7500 obo is a fair one all things considered.

it’s pretty much a sleeper. it isn’t lowered, stock rims, SMIC, nothing really flashy except the interior i guess. if black and white is flashy.
don’t mind the underside pics, all i had on me at the mechanics was my cell phone. and the engine pic is old, all the wiring has been cleaned up since then.
don’t think i said bone stock anywhere in there. and if i did, i would have been referring to the body. pretty sure i didn’t. also, some new-ish winter tires come with it. they were used for a whole 2 months on my old 240.
ok, soooo, i just drove 1500 km in two days to go trade the 240 for a 300zx, rhd. i get to montreal, and there is no way that the deal was happening unless he tossed me $3000 on top of his car. paint was hand bombed on, runs in it like crazy, clutch wasn’t gonna last the trip back, interior was messed right up, bondo on the rear quarter, half an exhaust, just, a total piece. do people really import cars like this? so anyways, car is back up for sale/trade. and obviously, i’m willing to travel for what i think is a good deal. no pieces of crap though.
Have fun keeping your car. Your price is retarded. Most people could simply go to an importer and buy a car with better mods than yours for as little as $5000.
i’m aware of this, but this car is something i’ve been working on for the past 2 years. so if i’m gonna see it go, then that’s the price i’ll want to get for it. i’m not really in a rush to sell it right now. plus, i mean, it’s clean enough to eat off of.
yea guys as a previous rb20 swap owner i know how much it costs to do it properly and it was in excess of 4 g’s and a paint job is at least 1000 for a spray so in reality this price is not out to lunch , for somone who obviously put insome time to do the work and did not want to attract alot of attention driving it looks like a great car.
thanks for the positive posts. i have honestly put a ton of my own time into this car, and made sure things were done right. i mean, if it makes a 1700 Km trip, then the next day goes to some drag races, without anything going on it, everything was done properly.
and just an FYI it ran 10.8 1/8 mile. could have gotten it down to 10.3 but i couldn’t get the launch down before i got beat out.
wow, i didn’t even think this thread was still around… and the 1/8th mile drag was the only one i made it to last year. worked on all the other drag weekends
