I don’t care… at least i don’t live off of other’s coat tails
“hey guys i bought a fucked up project car, from kolar… I’m his best friend now”-darkstar
i bet a mew maxima or V6 Altima would give a stock GT a run for its money
I was friends with Kolar long before I ever bought his Talon. And his “project car” had hardly anything done to it. I bought it because it had a good fresh 6 bolt, it had lots of the mundane supporting mods done to it (fuel pump, ACT 2600…) and the body was nice on it. The meat and potatoes of that car was nothing more than a 16G, FMIC, and 3" exhaust. I did pay too much for it, but besides that it wasnt a bad purchase.
they can run mid-low 13’s? 05+
then it died
i’m not talking 05+ mustangs…i’m talking like yours late 90’s early 2000’s
they are not that quick
a stock 3.5SE altima runs mid to high 14’s…so if we take a SE-R and a good driver i’m sure low to mid 14’s is not out of the question.
99+ GT’s with a good driver are high 13, low 14
Mustangs are for fags and Maximas are for ladies.

like i said…a run for their money.
& ive seen a decent amount of 99+ stangs & the bodystyle before that (,96,97,98 etc…) that were not that fast at all…maybe autos, bad driver what have you.
but i’ve ran a couple & kept even with many in my SVT which is not that fast at all.
& lets not even talk about them wanting to take me in the twisties :kekegay:
96,97,98 was a horrible set of years for the Mustang GT
