Im looking for some technical support with my fuel gauge problem. I have a 92 240sx hatchback and i have an issue with the fuel gauge always reading half tank. The needle does not move whether the car is on or off. However i know when im running out of gas when the low fuel light comes on. Im looking to fix the problem and any support would be greatly appreciated.
check the sensor on you fuel pump./ wiring…
but if u say the low fuel light comes on then u may have a prob with just the cluster portion of the read out. check that the needle isnt stuck and that the little device that moves the needle in behind is working…
