Yeah but the thing is, most of the ppl on here are in it just for performance. When they see someone with a kit come on, they jump on them. Not assuming that maybe they are into show AND performance. I don’t like doing one or the other. Putting on a bodykit does not take away room for engine mods. Yeah, it may not have that sleeper look, but I dont want that. I like doing a little bit of everything, and since visual shit is usually cheaper than most performance stuff, while I have very little money, I am working on the visual shit that I can afford. This is not gonna be an all show Tibby. I just need a lil time and money, thats all.
Again, the folks aren’t here aren’t into looks so much. If you FIRST invested in some horsepower and THEN slapped a bodykit on, I think that most would view you differently- but putting a body kit and rims on a stock Hyundai just isn’t going to get you respect from a group that consists mainly of guys interested in drag racing (legal or illegal), autocrossing, or road racing.
Those were a stupid experiment. I am getting new headlights to replace those after I paint my car. I hate those things.

Yeah, but I am not on here to get their approval. I am doing this my way cause this is the way I decided to go with it. When I get the money for engine shit, thats when I will do it. Since I didnt have the money for horsepower, I decided to do something that would make a big difference, so I got the kit and am doing a custom paint job.
gonna be hard to wreck into someone to get money for engine mods and not have to replance any body panels

Why do you think that is how I hook up my car? Like I told u before, I didnt even get an insurance check for that accident I had. The body kit money came out of my pocket. No one elses. The only thing on my car that I did not pay for is my intake, and that was a gift you could say from my bf. Everything else was sponsored by the pockets of Me.

chad they actually do make a widebody kit for the foxbody. i havent seen it lately but early 90s they used to make one. it was about 6" on each side. chad you clown her but can you also do body work??? we all know you can order pizza like nobody else
