g35 coupe engine light

2003 g35 coupe , last week i had put on a short ram intake and also had got nissan to do a recall for my fuel system to be all replaced fuel lines. they did the work with the ram intake installed in my car also

-the past two day my engine light had been comeing on so i friend checked it for me said fuel lean cleared the code and the that nite came back with the same reading

-going to nissan on monday to talk to the manger , would the ram intake effect this problem

???

Most likely, since the intake lets in more air than stock it might be running a little lean. Same thing happened with my max after 2-3 days with an intake.

wut did u do to fix the problem or are u just liveing with that engine light on all the time

I put the stock one back on, reset the ecu, light gone.

You could choose to live with the light on, but then you wouldn’t know if it would be throwing another code at you lol. See if you can get the dealer to permanently erase the code so it doesn’t show up.

it may be the maf sensor is not tighten up, happened to me when I installed a short ram air intake.
you can also reset the ecu by disconnecting the negative terminal and reconnect it, drive around for a bit and hope for it to disappear or borrow someones OBDII reader and figure out whats up.
or just wait till Monday and go back to the dealer and have them diagnose the problem.

short ram shouldn’t be a problem, what kind of short ram is it anyways?
