Thats their plan and they are succeeding. Im seeing more and more MJ Peterson apartments going up in the burbs…MJ rents to certain types of people. Its only a matter of time until Amherst is the new north B-Lo etc
lol
There’s only a select few areas of Amherst that will be susceptible to it. Mainly W. Amherst.

‘Racist’ is a strong word to describe my edit. I had “could you imagine having to live next to these kinds of people?”
“Kinds of people” being those that have no self control, sense of pride, fear of authority or the ability to raise their kids properly.
True, but with cars, buses and bikes…they will wonder the areas
E. Amherst doesn’t have a wall or a moat
Since both took place in Cheektowaga and I only like adding fuel to the fire, where is the response / play by play breakdown video from Janelle Ambrosia?
Not that I would agree with her comments, but because meltdown.
The cops did:

No shot. There is monumental difference between the area/shit people put up with near the water treatment plant and the area/shit people put up with Farmington Woods/Chapel Woods/Paradise and Klein area. There isn’t a duplex within ten miles of Williamsville North.
Im not saying they are going to live next door…but dont be surprised to see hoodlums in the same supermarkets you may shop at. IMO its only a matter of time…unfortunately.

Good
I forgot my SARCASM font.
W Amherst has it’s own set of issues.
This is nothing new, it’s just on video this time & making news. That’s not to say it’s an every day occurrence but there are fights like this every so often. @MR.TWOSINISTER knows the score.
The bus stop has a lot to do with it but remember they were pressured to move the bus stop into the property when someone was killed crossing Walden. Damned if they do, damned if they don’t.
I anticipate them changing the 18+ rule to apply all week not just on the weekends.
What is the 18+ rule?
Friday and saturday nights 4pm till close all minors must be accompanied(as in directly supervised) by an adult over the age of 21. Max is 4 minors to 1 adult.
this rule I generally would enforce if a roving band of teenie boppers passed me twice after 4 WITHOUT any shopping bags. Color didnt matter, and the free 16oz beverage they got because their buddy works at Taco Bell does not count.
P.S the mall is pretty safe, not too many elderly white couple getting involved in these fights. Also, they tend to come in batches, you will get 3-5 of them in a week and a half, and then all of a sudden nothing or maybe 1 over the next 5 months.
Someone needs to troll since LZ’s production has been way down lately
These aren’t bad duplexes, mostly families, but, technically,
Wander?
Ransom Oaks, Charlesgate Village, Audubon, etc.

Oh, how could I forget Jackson Square?
The same way I forgot, ha.
Regardless, higher property values = higher rent and the infrastructure to support it. Which was my point.
When $700 rent doesn’t cover your property taxes, you don’t bother renting.
Have you seen Jackson Square? :oj:
When I was younger all the troubled / poor / smelly / ghetto kids lived there. It was the projects of Amherst.
It’s possible that’s changed however.
I must apologize, I still don’t understand what this 18+ rule would do.
It it still is, if I’m correct. Idk, i don’t consider “low income” to be “trouble”. I highly doubt the people in the Galleria Mall video will ever have an itch to move to East Amherst. My advice? Buy the cheapest house in your neighborhood so you have the lowest income in the area and you’ll never have to worry. Ha.
You’ve heard of subsidized rent right? There’s people from buffalo coming up to Amherst on pretty much a free ride. They only have to pay 100/month’ish while The gov picks up the other 850 or so. That’s why slumlords love renting to section 8 families because as long as you’re paying your taxes…the rent is coming in
