I’ve been to wheeling a few times and always walked out with over $300, I’d always take $100 with me.
the meadows sucks! for every $20 I put in a machine I lose $40.
Last night we went to wheeling and I wasnt doin so well, I lost down to $40 then won $70, cashed out and stuck it in my pocket, lost another $20 on the machines and just for shits and giggles I bought $20 worth of chips from what I had left and hit the blackjack table. I doubled up on 11 numerous times and got blackjack. I walked away from the table with $280 and tossed the dealer $20 for her.
all in all I came home with $330 :blue:
I go to Wheeling twice a week and end up doing ok. I was up 300 one night, but other nights i either break even or am up a lil bit. Lemmi know when ya go, bc I may be going that day.
I’ve always had a fondness for slot machines. My first time gambling I had put a $10 bill in the machine… cashed out for $1500 in less than 5 minutes. Have broke pretty even from there on out… usually up $20 or $30 and consider that gas/food money for a free evening of gambling.
Some of my other friends aren’t so lucky and are pretty far into the red for both slots and cards a like.
i always watch the shows about casinos on history channel. statistically, the odds are much more in the casino’s favor on a slot machine. blackjack is a more “level” playing field. That’s why there are a trillion slot machines in a casino but only a few crowded blackjack tables.
you are not the first person to have more luck at a black jack table then sitting infront of a slot machine.
also, i dont know if a 300 dollar night is really all that exciting… but congrats anyway.
A $300 night isnt bad when you look at it. If you look at it on how long you sit there compared to work. Sure, if you loose big it sucks, but if your up it’s better than sitting at home playing Guitar Queero
I was at the table for 20mins. thats approx $1,500/hr if I stayed for an hour and kept winning… wouldnt it be nice to have a job like that? lol

wheel of fortune slots are the shit, i know the odds suck but it is so fun to spin the wheel. in all the time playing the wheel slots I am definitely up. I hit the 1000 on the .25 twice now. Played the dollar and hit for 500 once and some smaller ones.
Craps is where its at in the casino. I have never won/lost so much money in a single roll of the dice. Last time i hit vegas i walked away in the afternoon with about 1700 in my pocket, sad thing is it would have been more but i crapped out with roughly 500 on the table.
when you play within your means its a blast, i feel sorry for those that cash there paycheck just to try to win big
