I drive through albany every morning/evening and I can’t count the number of people who just walk out in the road nice and slow expecting cars to just get out of their way, hell yesterday I saw a dude riding a bike the wrong way in the middle of the lane while people swerved around him and he didn’t give a shit. So seeing this video is like some kind of karma reward or something.

No its telling you to just run them the fuck down. Stupid fuckers need to get a clue in life… even if that clue is a chevy symbol to the forehead.
