zoned agricultural. what are the restrictions to this zoning? 1500, thats cheap as hell. i’d buy it and live there. have a house/garage combo

Its a type o its a rental for 1500 per mth talked to the agent today.

i didn’t know, if i wasn’t buying a house this month, i woulda scooped that right up. i didn’t think they put rentals on the multi list page

they don’t typically show on most sites, however all Commercial Listings in the MLS is set up to be both a sale/lease setting

Residential rentals are in there as well, but don’t show on most sites (excluding Realtor.com)

I looked at the garage tonight its 1500 mth lease

I’d be interested to hear what price he would be putting on the lease to own…

you can’t usually do anything in agricultural zoned, but if your just tinkering or for storage it would be fine.

I lease to own my building and its pretty much what the seller is looking for. The biggest part is what you work the option out to be after say 10yrs like mine. Always a good thing to look into.
