this one is modified to clear the hood
today i started removing the front end form the parts car to get ready for the front end swap.
here is the before and after pics from today
dude thats not the lil car garage is it?
and nice! cant wait to see it all done on the 86!
nope the 86 is in that garage. i am hoping to have it done by the end of the year.
here is a better pic
ahaha alright, I thought ur gmas garage was wider than that?
but sweet dude!
Maybe ill have to stop up sometime!
the first part of the garage is kinda narrow
Oh…
I may want your 87’s rear bumper and support
ok just let me know and i will pull it off
i wanna grab your vtec solenoid. ;D
Looking nice! what was wrong with the parts car.
vvvveeetec just kicked in yo
lots of rot
what did you have to do to get the wheels to fit right, did you use spacers and did they just bolt right on. i kinda like the rims they look good. its tough to find direct bolt on rims for these.
new link to shift: www.shift518.com/z-forums :crackup :crackup
there’s what? 4 of these on here now? lol
keep up the good work.
:lol
It’s a good mix of imports, old school, euro and domestic.
Looks like you know what you’re doing so far. :thumb
How well does a wiretuck work on those things?
direct bolt on but could use a spacer to bring them out some. I have some 88na wheels and tires for sale that look better then the 86 wheels
Ehh if you cut a lot of your own wires and whatnot it would prolly work great
with a stock harness, theres not much tucking to be done
i want to cut all the connectors to the stuff that i removed and re loom the engine harness
Yeah, Im cutting/hideing the connectors of stuff thats not being used… and will probably also reloom the harness so it doesnt look so nasty, but as far as tucking the wires go, not much is going to happen
shady i got one of them synchronic wastegates. now all i need is the satan manifold
worked on cleaning up the blinker lights form the parts car. i polished and shaved the letters on them. here is the before and after pics
Wow those lights turned out really nice! I’ll have to try and polish mine up.
