i just changed my spark plugs …now service light is on …and when i give it gas …wont go higher then 3 rpms. gas smell is noticable, so i pulled the spark plugs and theres black soot on the tips. can someone tell this noob whats goin on.

My guess is that you did not gap them correctly or you bought the wrong type of plugs (to cold or to hot)
probably way way too cold range
are you sure you tightened them all down 
Black plugs & Gas smell. running way to rich if you only changed your plugs change them back and see if that fixes the problem. If so there is an issue with the new plugs.
