geico hiring in buffalo

http://careers.geico.com/job_search

i cant sit in a office all day, i need to move and actually do work.
so good luck for those looking for a job

do you need a college degree to work for them?

Have either of you turned on a radio in the WNY area in the last 18 months?

geico never actually hires anyone. always hiring and i know a lot of people who’ve had interviews but dont get hired

I only listen to O & A and I download that off the internet so there is no commercials.

i hear they are a bitch to get into. like 3 or 4 or more interviews and each one is crazy. Like ppl handing you paperwork while your on the phone and you cant miss a beat

um no, i was just trying to help out. i have ear plugs in most of the day.

:eyebrow:

uhm they hire a lot of people, unless ou have something in our criminal past or fail the drug test

i know someone who got a job there about a year ago, so they do hire at some point lol

he got teh pee test though

some one was just hired from my work there about a week ago.

My brother has been working there for almost 2 years I think. The interview process is pretty crazy, but there is alot of room for advancement there. And I also know someone else that works there without a college degree

you need to go through 4 interviews

You and me both

BTW, I work like 1/8 mile away from you :stuck_out_tongue:

what where the hell do you work? pepsi? the place that makes cardboard?
wait how do you know where i work??? lol

Justin said you work at summit lubricants, the other day, as i was driving home from work, i finally found out where that is (also saw your truck)

I work in the business park right up the road, right next door to UPS.

Fontrick Door, that building with the huge dust collection silo behind it :stuck_out_tongue:

Say, hows the pay at summit?

its alright,
and its hard to miss a pink S10
lol

It sounds like they’re a decent company to work for.Unfortunately, every time I’d call them I’d never get a return phone call and I could never speak to anyone at the recruiting office…always went to voice mail.

nm

Actually they hire alot of ppl. My gf just got hire along with a bunch of friends… you just gotta be able to pass a drug test (hair test) an have a brain

a friend of mine has worked there for years. Just a high school diploma is her background, but she is a sharp girl, and very good at customer service.

She moved up the ranks there, and they just offered her a job in Tucson, AZ to be a manager at the call center out there.

She took it, and is doing real well.

I drive by there on my way to work every day at Citi, its a pretty elaborate building for those who haven’t seen it.
