Genesee County snow seekers... Members?

I was asking which trail it was because I was going to go to the two clubs (one of which I’m a member of, the other I know several from) and see if I could mediate this a bit. Glad to see it’s getting resolved.

I just need to see if the land owner is OK with a bridge. There is another way, but no one will want that way. It’s a deep muddy mess

so its not your land, you just have permission to be there.

to avoid harassment from snowmobiliers why not do the courteous thing and just stay off the trail during snowmobile season and stick to other portions of the land? sleds have a very small window of ride able conditions here where you can ride year round.

keep in mind, the insurance policies snowmobile clubs maintain for their trail system to cover the land owner probably only cover snowmobiles on that property. seeing as you’re not on a snowmobile or the land owner of the property the trail is on, things could possibly get pretty messy if something ever happened.

The trail is on my land now, the re route will need to go through either the neighboring land owner, or along the muddy swap thruway.
The trail I made was years ago when a very nice old man owned it. Now, he has passed and some rich asshole owns it, refuses to sell it for anything remolty reasonable, and only let’s people ride along the current trails.

Lastly, all my quads are in full race trim and I’ll be working 2 jobs this winter. You won’t see me on my own property this year.
