I used to like to go to Rick’s after work for happy hour with some buddies, they had 2 for 1 bottled beers. I would just hangout at the bar, watch the game, and the stage for a while.
The broads in there are so desperate, they come by every two minutes begging to give lap dances, when I’m trying to talk to my buddies or whatever. Its sad.
I’m not one to get many lap dances, unless its my birthday or whatever, but these broads hard selling people pisses them off and they leave quickly.
Seriously Buffalo is a shithole, people don’t have that kind of income for anything resembling a high end strip club. Christ most people here probably don’t know what bottle service is at a club…
I haven’t been to a NY strip club in quite some time, the ones up in Canada are way better, but its bullshit because you have to worry about driving back, and the boarder crossing bullshit.

pharaoh’s and mademoiselles’ parking lots are stacked with cars even at 3 pm every day i drive by as i work around the corner and drive by often. lots of trucks with ladders on racks and construction vans.

I was interested to now how smoking even came up…I was under the impression smoking was banned in ALL bars in NYS…The only ones that got exceptions were cigar bars and I believe its real hard to get approved or many other bars would have tried that work around.
I know Beck didn’t believe me but other people agreed with me you won’t get a bank loan for a strip club. You need to find someone to personally finance the place but your big ballin at Toyota how many Camary sales does it take to make $500,000-750,000?(And I only throw this jack ass comment in because you made some comment about me not being able to get a bank loan…you sell cars :bloated: )
There are also limited areas where you can get zoned to build a strip club and pay off the right people to get a liquor license…which is why there are 3 strip clubs with in a mile of each other in Buffalo…
Don’t forget to work in tax into the price of lap dances some other club had an issue with that and now lap dances are $22 instead of $20 :lol:
Joe made a real good point…there isn’t enough high end clientele to support a strip club that only caters to high end people…On the same not I know you put no “gangsters” but a lot of those gangsters throw around a shit load of money.
Restaurant might be a good idea if you have people constantly ordering higher end food if it covers the cost of the cook and is still profitable…as opposed to paying someone $8 to work a deep fryer…
