Catostrophic Failure…

Dosent work out.

This is what happens when you put a Sachs “heavy duty” Dual Mass Clutch/Flywheel Assembly on a Legacy GT making 325 wtq…

Victim 2:

Plenty more victims where this came from

Needless to say… Subaru should have saved money and went with a more traditonal setup as most of us agree this stock clutch is a peice of shit. Compared to a stock wrx clutch this thing is a steaming pile of dinosaur dung and thats being nice.

My car is just a stg II and I cant launch the damn thing without getting super clutch slip and stinking up the neighborhood.

spend the cash and get a better cluctch then …

Its on its way

…and I thought Sach’s made good stuff. Mine’s holding my rotation-of-the-earth altering 160wtq just fine. :stuck_out_tongue:

is that the stock clutch?

<— doesn’t know much about these cars

wow.

^Yes stock clutch

^^^

That’s a beauty.

Sound like a stock Evo clutch.

Although a stock Evo clutch is more like post mighty asshole trauma.

so what new clutch did u go with

Awesome, note to self…

Assuming that’s not yours :stuck_out_tongue:

organic clutches < *

RPS MAX

this is why the axis powers lost the war :stuck_out_tongue:

ROFLZ

Same thing happened to me and the “performance” clutch that Sachs makes for the SRT-4. Mine also gave me a little hole in the bellhousing.

LOL

But what is the stock WTQ for a Legacy GT?

230 or so… but the dealer did the damage for victim 1 and victim 2 had less WTQ than victim 1.

Sachs, They make mopeds and chain saws also
