Ah well, any judge with a shred of sense will throw this out. I don’t think I’d even bother getting a lawyer. Just get a copy of the waiver, and anything else with a signature on it. Prepare. Just focus on hard proof that you’re not liable. Obviously the prosecuting side won’t be able to produce any solid evidence that you are responsible for any wrongs. They can argue all they want but they’ve got no solid evidence.

I will keep you guys updated. The kids lawyer wants to talk to me. I think they want the name of the player who collided with him. That would be a friend of mine. I’m not getting sued for something that he had more of a part of then I did. I think I’ll talk to their lawyer first and see.I won’t disclose his name at first.
