On the other hand, Patriots were caught cheating, against the Giants non the less in the begining of the season by recording on tape the coaches signals. They were fined, and lost their position in the picks. So if they win, they should have an asterisk next to their record just like Barry Bonds has one next to his baseball.

The only time the PATS played the GIANTS was the last game of the of the regular season. You are talking about the Jets… which was the first game of the season. HUGE difference.

Me either. Maybe because I love downstate but Yankees and Giants are LOVED here. I guess I got a bit more pride than some people but I like only NY teams. I can understand some people likeing other teams but I find it a bit humerous that the younger people like teams like NE and Dallas (MID 90s)

if I think about it, there are some fans of every team in the nfl in the capital district. Relative distance has nothing to do with it

I like the Pats, since mid-early 90’s. Before then, it was whoever won the SB the previous year lol.

I would LIKE to see the Giants win, but I highly, highly doubt it’s going to happen.

I am not sure why the HUGE doubt. I am not 100% optimistic due to injuries and, of course, the dominate NE. But, Giants played them very well and with the exception of Baltimore, better than any other team in the NFL. Since then, Giants have improved.
