Call 1-800-762-2737 (GM Customer Assistance Center). If a warrantied part breaks and they have to keep the car more than a day I’m 99% sure it’s GM policy to give you a loaner. I know for a fact it’s Pontiac’s policy, so I doubt Chevy is any different.

Ask your Chevrolet dealer for Courtesy Transportation if you leave your vehicle for extended repairs under the New Vehicle Limited Warranty. Ask if you qualify for expense reimbursement and/or vehicle rental. Services vary by dealer.
So it’s up to the dealer if you get a loaner. :tdown: I’d still call the assistance center and bitch.
