Yeah for that small of a space, I’d say forget it…even if it’s a “higher end” home, waste of time.
I have some spare radiant flooring laying around, but its enough to do a kitchen, not a foyer lol
truth is i bought a heating system to do my upstairs bathroom at the rental, but ordered/shipped a smaller system than what i though I needed. As a result, I bought a 2nd one to have shipped there and ready to install when i get there. Now I have 2 radiant floor systems sitting at the house when i get there… figure i may as well install it, but i could just return in.
I likely won’t put it in.
