giving a shout out to some local buisnesses

finally getting my car put together and setup the way i want and i have to give a shout out to a couple of the local buisnesses that helped me along the way.

i have to give a big  to the boys at Hybrid. you guys got me some good deals on parts, kept me updated on my orders, and charged me and everyone else next to nothing for labor. thanks don for stayin late to get through the coilover install so my car was done when i came to pick it up. and thanks for spending the time to adjust my front swaybar for free just to ensure it was on right when you could have been making money on other jobs. these guys truely care that their work is 100% right and for anyone else who loves their car as much as i do, i wouldnt recommend anyone else. big props guys.

i also wanna give a shout out to Suburban Auto Electric. i always see threads about places to go for alignments. well this is the place. i went in there with a full coilover setup and camber plates with delicate servo motors on the struts. so needless to say it wasnt simple and straighforward. the tech that worked on my car was Mark and this guy knows his shit. i gave him specs for the setup i wanted and he had it all accomplished in just over an hour. only set me back $85 and the car drives almost as good as stock which is quite an accomplishment with all the suspension changes ive done.

so thanks for the quality work from these buisnesses…i appreciate it.

Almost as good as stock? Maybe it’s just me, but if I got done doing a bunch of suspension changes, I’d be very disappointed if it were not much better than stock.

He gave the tech specific numbers. If the numbers are off, who’s fault is it? Customer is always right, right? Not necessarily Suburbans fault. Assuming that’s wha d3x meant to say

Suburban >* when it comes to alignment. I have yet to see someone in WNY top these guys, and I’ve been to just about every decent shop in the area, including all the goodyears, firestones, sears, Dunn, and a few non chain places as well. Anyone I’ve told about the place has come back and said “Rick, you were right! These guys are the best.”

Thanks chris love you too:)

 Thanks Chris, glad we could help you.

im talking about the alignment. with the car being alot lower than it was designed for and with a bit of negative camber put in, its not gunna track as good as stock on the shitty roads around here. but its pretty damn close. as far as overall ride with the new setup, my kidneys hate it…but it handles like its on rails and its much more predictable than any setup ive had. so looking at that aspect its much better than stock.
