Stallmer and I just pulled apart his alleged 150k+ GSR engine and after being boosted to 20psi and making 496 whp everything looks amazing. This engine was daily driven at 350+ whp and beat on every possible occasion. It honestly looked like a 50k motor that has never seen a single breath of forced induction. The rods are definitely reuseable, the crank may need a micro polish at best and the pistons are probably well within any factory spec. The ring lands are perfect, no sign of detonation. Even the camshafts only have a slight polish on the very tip of the V-tec lobes.(just the tip :giggedy) I almost cant believe this engine was pulled from a 150k GSR but the block easily had 150k Worth of grim on it. This motor loved boost and was all about running another season at 500+ hp. It was almost sad to disassemble it. There are better things to come with more security in stronger internals.

Took us a few hours at best. Everything was disassembled, cleaned, labled, and stored for the time being. I kind of wish i had kept it together for another season but o well. It’ll have a few more ponies, some minor changes here and there, and most importantly some added security for next season :ninja Block, crank, and head will be sent out when i get around to it
