I’ve heard of a crate motor but a crate exhaust ? Lucky they don’t ship cars that way or the boxes would be the size if a locomotive. Is this a joke or for real?
I work part time here and there at tora inspecting gm motors and they come in from mexico all the time with random shit from there. Bottles of juice food rappers we even had a cat once

This is exactly how they shipped the exhaust to us (minus the Timmys cup). No packing material or straps, just a useless and over-sized fail crate.
Was this ordered through GM SPO?
So they left a little extra room around the exhaust for thermal expansion while in transit…what’s the big deal?

To be fair, how do you ship a custom bent brake line so it doesn’t get damaged but doesn’t end up with a mostly empty large box?
