One of the most sold trucks was the S10 that came out in 93 and ended in 2003. After that the Colorado was introduced and sales dropped. GM is trying to pick up the torch and run with it again when it comes to mid-size trucks aaaaaand…IMO they dropped the ball.

Give me a 4cylinder turbo Diesel (like in Thailand - http://media.gm.com/media/us/en/chevrolet/news.detail.html/content/Pages/news/us/en/2011/Oct/1005_diesels.html ) and the looks of the new Silverado and call it a day. This new concept is a copy paste from the Equinox and is ugly as sin. I like other parts but WTH the front of it is terrible.

the colorado/canyon was a fail.
bummer that shreveport louisiana plant closed, thats where my s10 is from, its even got the aligator in the doorjamb still.
curious to see specifics of the new truck.

the turbo diesel in them gets 13.3km/l which equals about 31mpg. Has 180HP and about 350TQ
