DUUHHH, I just figured out that Cutty is short for Cutlass.

Its just like my regal there isnt that many left it was the first year for the 2 body style turbo regal and they only made 2869 of them, and mine is one of the rarer ones it has t tops, vinyl top and orignally a bench set. I kept all the parts to put back in original, just like I would do with hurst.
