I think this is a fantastic idea! One thing I’d like to mention is that you can be busted for trespassing on private parking lots. On the upside, if you can secure permission from an owner of a lot or area, it’s 100% legal and the cops can’t do anything. It would be super nice if we could convince some huge place like centre st. church or similar that we would be responsible, and organize little drift get togethers!
I’d love to take my 180sx out and learn how to drift, cause up to now i’ve been mostly a drag/grip fiend.

i run a grader in chapperal in that new development on 194st i could always talk to my consultant and see if he would let us on there and then i could blade up a wicked track

FWD can’t drift, just spin like a mofo!
I know of a dirt oval track by 51st ave and 52nd out a bit. Still have to find the path but I was there not too long ago. I’d say foothills industrial is the best choice for pickings. Just gotta be smart about it.

Legally would be nice, but chances are that it’d be a lot harder to find than a not so legal spot.

Hey drifting in SUVs probably not such a good idea. Better to go out to McLean Creek with though.
Why is it not a good idea?..Not like im going to flip it or something…I dont go crazy fast. Had some great fun last night at my work…In the foothills industrial there is never and cops and my boss dosent care if i drift in the lot…I do it all the time in the summer in the S13
