Good place for an allignment in Edmonton

I have a very low AE86 that needs an alignment badly, with adjustable suspension parts. I want specific suspension settings as well.

So just wondering what places in Edmonton have a good reputation and have experience dealing with aggressive set-ups.

thanks.

Hi-Tech Alignment. Its just off the Yellowhead near St. Albert Trail.

not midas :axe:

I’ve heard lots of bad stories from people. Hi-tech doesn’t get all bitchy when you ask them for specific alignment settings then?

I know someone who will do it. Pickey as hell about alignments. really pricey tho but in my opinion worth it. However you need atleast 1.5 inch ground clearence to get up on his lift.

When he did mine he even put an 175 pound ballast in the driver’s seat, then corner weighted and alligned

Oh I have 1.5inches of ground clearance, I have a stock gts bumper. How much is pricey?

Hi Tech for me was like 250 I think. It was 180 for the base price but it was really out and he spent a good three hours or so on it. You roll the car right on, so clearance isnt an issue.

I’ve had good success with Hyundai on 97 st. I know its a Hyundai shop but they are owned by Erickson Nissan and have the proper alignment machine to do it right. Just have to pay by the hour and the tech will dial in your suspension perfectly. I had mine done with aftermarket suspension and camber kits. Came out perfectly to my specs.

I got my 4-wheel alignment done at kal-tire for $70 + 1 hour wait. IMO not bad.

kal tire was good for mine, when i got my car the toe in was horrendous :stuck_out_tongue:

they zero’d all the toe-in and kept my desired camber specs

Toytech on 99th St a few block South of Whyte Ave charged me about $100 and dialed in the settings I wanted.
