GoPro HD camera alternative for a fraction of the price

I had one of those al’cheapo $20 thumb last year, just for fun and see how well they work. Those are “ok” but the video quality is really passable at best.

As I was searching a for a better alternative so I don’t have to spend $200+ for a GoPro HD, I found the “808 HD Key Camera #11”; weird name but who cares when this thing is $40 shipped with near GoPro HD video quality. :wow

Here are a bunch of video about the camera. This thing is great for trackdays as it is tiny and very light and had a very low profile, it can with a car adapter so you don’t have to worry about battery life.

Make sure you watch those in 720HD. Enjoy!

interesting. Can you only buy it on ebay? hows the battery life? Sorry if its covered in the videos, I have no sound right now.

same here as my audio card is corrupt. Does this have audio or audio in?

No sure about battery, may be send a message to the reviewer; I am sure he can tell you.

Audio = yes; Audio In = No.

he said the battery lasts about 40 minutes of recording per charge, and that used about 2-3 gb of memory
