  1. do you think the judge is going to care if another car was speeding? You are the one who got caught.
  2. I would say that this proves that you would not care about getting pissed and tailgating if you took the time to pull next to someone and bitch at them.

i’d say fight it just to drop the points, but from reading the story it seems you are 100% at fault and should not be bitching at the cop doing his job.

i wasnt driving at that moment lol, i was stopped, the motherfucker pulled out at the last sec, then when i was slowing down he brake checked me, then at the top of the hill i was about a car lenths back and he did it again but that time i had to move out of his way or else i would have hit him

This is soooo fuckin true. I just had a hearing for a “careless driving” ticket last week … The state trooper told the judge that when he stopped me, i told him that my clutch slipped… and then he told her that i left two patches of tire the whole way through the interesction…
well… 1. my car is an auto so i never even told him that… and 2. it had just rained… so i became God and left tire all over a WET road…

then after i pleaded my case, etc. the judge looked at me and she said, “quite frankly, i dont believe you. I’m finding you guilty of… yada yada yada”… :eek2:

Sounds like he’s going to stick it to ya man. He doesn’t have to pull both vehicles, only the one he observed doing something it shouldn’t have been doing. IB if you had not stopped to yell at the idiot (which I have done but never caught doing it) then the cop would have probably not stopped you. Sorry to hear that you got caught doing something that a good majority of us have done before (yelled at another driver for being an idiot) but try to be respectful in court. It will go a lot farther than you going off on the “counter bitches” and start off on the totally wrong foot. Just MHO…
