The roadmate 300 is garbage. Give it two months and it will lock up on you. Then you have to go through the lovely tech support from india that will need you to fax a copy of your receipt to them before they will take it and repair. My suggestion is get a tomtom One. I had one before I got the Tomtom 910 and it was great, just wanted the BT and harddrive for movies.
I used the 300 for a while, until I broke up with the slut in which I bought it for, and it worked fine. No problems with it, it was easy to use and was just about dead on, in terms of directions and finding locations, as I could have hoped for. I’d say get it!

Its a decent system, very basic, i was in the city of buffalo and it didnt have some of the more obscure sidestreets. Personally I didnt like it, but my brother thought it was Tits.
