Bullitt rules, might have to watch it again

bullit is actually a decent movie too. steve mcqueen is one cool mother fucker. the charger is actaully B5 blue, when they hit and you see scrapes, the car is blue beneath the black. Hard to see unless you are watchin the DVD. the mustang was worked over and the charger was stock and it still had trouble keepin up :cool:

whoa the wheels on the stang in the last pic are pointing different ways…

it broke a tie rod and a control arm.

but in the end, the mustang wins

that was the only part of the chase they had to fake…that and when they sped up the film when the mustang was backin up and took off with the one wheel peel

that whole reverse sceen then going into first wasnt planed

steve over shot the turn. in the widescreen version you can see a camera laying on the sidewalk. the camera car was a corvette without the body. thats why u get the realistic camera shake when they are on the highway. i used to have a site that showed locations in that movie and what they look like today. I was actually gonna be detective frank bullit for halloween.
