Group insurance

I’ve went ahead and started inquiring into group auto insurance for club members. I’m not sure if we are legible for such offers but it’s worth a shot.
I would like to hear who would be interested if the rates are reasonable and if you have any ideas or suggestions.

DRE

yeah if we get good rates, I would definitely be interested.

Keep us posted DRE! Sounds like a good plan, if it works.

I’m under group with Johnson Inc right now and am getting a great rate, like 205/month. Take a look there, I haven’t had a problem with them yet.

I’m with TD/Monnex, and paying $115/month for the 240 with full coverage.
My total premium for all 3 cars I drive is less than what some of you guys are paying on just the 240.

It wouldn’t hurt to get a quote, but you must have a clean driving abstract. Just go to the website -

^^^ okay guys, get me some contact info and i’ll be all over it.
So far i’m waiting to hea back from KRG and State Farm… RBC are too expensive some with Mutual Life.

Dre,

The lady i deal with:

Lesley-Ann Klinck
Toll free 1800 339 4583
or 705-325-4501
lklinck@johnson.ca

if its significantly cheaper than my current rate (300+ a mth) ill go for it

As long as my policy would be cheaper than my current insurance, I would
definately be interested.

Agreed :thumleft:

Before my switch i was paying 305/month with nothing, then they jacked it to 5500/year. We all switched(the family) and all the cars went down by over $1000 each a year. So i think it’s a good deal, and if you have your G and are more than 21 it will be super cheap.

If you can get it for under 205/month i’ll sign up.

Cheers

This is a good idea, however…insurance companies might feel a bit sketchy about doing this, b/c they will think car club ----> mods—> street racing/track…hmmm $$$

but find out more info for sure

this still happening? what about a RHD car? anybody know who will insure them?

Still waiting, we did get turned down by a few companies due to the fact that most members are under 25 and they are concerned about modiffications.

I don’t see why companies wouldn’t innsure a RHD vehicle, it’s just going to be expensive.

DRE

True but do you know any names you could give me that will. I’m still new to insurance and I’ve only had my red coupe insured for 4 months.
