Up for sale is my 2000 gs500e. Its a great bike but I am saving up to pay tuition for RIT in the fall and my employment situation this summer hasn’t been such that allows me to keep this. I havent ridden any other 2 cylinder bikes (only 600cc sport bikes) but this thing pulls really good up till about 90ish. I can merge in traffic without thinking twice if it will get up to speed fast enough, but its still very easy to ride slow around town and I can easily touch flat foot and I am 5’9".
I just did fork seals last monday, bled the brakes the week before that, and got it inspected 6/25. I have put a brand new battery, used stator, stator magnet, and voltage regulator in this recently also. Runs mint. Drips a little oil and the right mirror is broken (seal is about $5 on ebay and mirror is around $20, but I will probably get bar end mirrors if I keep it much longer). 17,800 miles
Other than that there isn’t anything wrong with it. Both tires are newer too.
