GSXR Frame Purchase

Ive been talking to a guy I work with he has most of whats left of a 2006 GSXR 1000 everything except the frame he’s willing to sell cheap. So Im considering buying a frame and putting it back together. Ive been looking on Ebay at frames but most of them say no title only sold with a bill of sale.

So here is my question? If I buy a frame off of Ebay with just a bill of sale can I get a PA title for just the frame? I’d much rather have the frame titled before I put it together.

don’t buy a bill of sale fram from ebay.
you need a titled frame, R, or clean make sure it comes with a Title.

bill of sale basically means it cant be titled. unless someone knows on some loopholes

Bill fo sale will get you a title in Michigan, and maybe you could transfer it back, but I know of no other way.
