Guatemala gets goatsed

So there has got to be some crazy water rapids down there I take it…

Bump for lack of mass media coverage of all of the recent giant cracks in the Earth from Michigan to Peru to Africa. Oh and all of the more recent sink holes too.

They were caused by the massive amount of tinfoil being used to create a new magnetic field.

Tinfoil(aluminum) is not magnetic.

Oh yeah, the super volcano in Yellowstone has risen 10" in some places too. It just took a deep breath and may be ready to exhale which could be 1000X bigger than Mt St. helens last big eruption.
But we need to hear more about Anthony Weiner, Casey Anthony, etc.

Meh.

Sinkholes are caused by ground water eating away at limestone and other carbonate rock. There is absolutely no relation to increased sinkholes in different geographic relations unless those areas are seeing increased rainfall collectively. We have been seeing more rain than usual in the Americas due to a “warm” Atlantic and a “cold” Pacific creating air masses that are more unstable, but sinkholes won’t share anything more in common than that.

The swelling at the caldera in Yellowstone is natural. They swell, and then they go back down. That’s what they do. Just because it’s swelling doesn’t mean it’s about to erupt.

Well it is due after 260000 years. Any explaination for the large cracks happening around the world? There just seems to be A LOT of things happening lately, maybe just better interwebz coverage. :gotme:

No one knows if it’s due or not, but we’re only talking about 10" of swelling… The amount of energy released the last time around was so immense that if there was some sort of similar impending disaster I’d think we’d be looking at magnitudes of feet not inches.

The land around WNY is rising at about .5 - 1" per year, and we’re not over a magma pool.

What large cracks? Locations? Links?

If the world is going to end so soon, maybe you should sell me your Audi for $1000. I mean, what’s the point of owning it if the end of days are coming shortly?

^I am about ready to sell it. lol

cracks…

And then of course you have swarms of locust in Madagascar…

There are several possible explanations for each of the videos you posted, all of which are perfectly normal. The Michigan crack could be due to something as simple as changes in the water table or as complex as isostatic rebound which is the same force that is causing the land around us to rise.

Humans have it in our minds that we live on a static surface when it’s far from the truth. Our continents are moving at the same rate your fingernails grow, the ground is swelling and shrinking, tensions are being built up and stored in rock layers only to be released 100s of years later, etc.

Locust swarms have been happening for 1,000s of years. Nothing new.

I can give you some books to read instead of watching silly YouTube videos

The second someone blames the cracks on particle colliders, I stopped watching.

Only acceptable scientific explanation

x2. That was stupid shit.
