you know the state is looking for money when you get a speeding ticket and the cop/sherrif flat out tells you he is giong to plead it down to a higher fine but no points… lol

That $$$ goes to the town/city/village you go the ticket in, not the state then.
Not all of it…I’m pretty sure a small % goes to the state.
