I try to put the Buffalo bias aside but I just cant get enough of ETID, they are and have been my favorite band for years now!

Right now what I’ve been listening to the most is:
Gallows
Descedents
The Nerve Agents
Against Me! (not really hardcore, so I didn’t list it.)
Lifetime

Also I’ve been listening to a lot of the Cranberries, as well as a lot of 90’s alternative. Haha.

Edit: Why lol at Black Flag. They’re great.

Its all good… Feist and Lilly Allen see just as much spin time as any other cd’s of mine in the car.

I think im the only person in the world with ETID, FATA, Chiodos, Circa Survive, Lilly Allen, Feist,Dexys Midnight Runners, and meatloaf all on one mp3 cd

I have Bob Marley, REM, Bright Eyes, Leann Rhymes, Pink Floyd, and Beck all on one CD. Now figure that shit out.

Just listen to some good ole fashion ska.

KILLSWITCH ENGAGE SUCKS STOP TELLING PEOPLE TO LISTEN TO THEM!

by no means are they a good representation of anything good…

You’ve got an extra D in there somewhere.

OLD Hardcore - Most precious Blood
Metalcore - As I Lay Dying
Metalcore - As I lay dying slightly thrashcore
Hardcore - bury your dead

Death
job for a cowboy
suicide silence
black dahlia murder

cannibal corpse
Dying Fetus
Morbid Angel

OLD Hardcore - Most precious Blood

[/quote]

No way is that a representation of old hardcore.
Old hardcore would be stuff like:
Black Flag
Minor Threat
Bad Brains
Negative Approach
Dag Nasty
Fugazi
7 Seconds

^ Obviously most of that stuff is just live recordings cuz they didn’t have videos. You can look into them more if you like it.

Most Precious Blood is from this decade. Not old. And not really hardcore. That’s more metal. At least, that’s my opinion.

Shit, you’d probably like this.
Madball
Hatebreed
Walls of Jericho
ThrowdownThe Red ChordDarkest Hour
Himsa
Lamb of GodMastodonShadows Fall
Eighteen Visions
Atreyu
Vanna

Ok I’m done.

Note: I don’t really like some of the bands I listed. Just so you know.

did any of you listen to 3 inches of blood yet…GOD you all fail

I’m definitely aware of this… but from his post I was giving him a representation of what kind of music there is… Obviously Most Precious Blood isn’t old hardcore, but it fits the style and It was very easy to find.

I like 3 inches of blood too… power thrash core is awesome… but some of their songs are very boring…

not a fan of killswitch.
but how bout the stuff that never gets old.
