Has anyone dumped Time Warner if so please help

In order for us to lower our bill they made us cancel and start over as a new customer to get the promotional rate which saved us about $50 a month.

When we spoke to the customer retention dept they offered us $15/month off our bill but that was it.

How long is the promotional rate good for?
