i need oil return and send line for my turbo setup he contacted me and told me he had 2 sets. i paypaled the money and after he received the money told me he would send them out on 2-27 he told me he used my info off my paypal and told me he shiped them after a week and no word from him i contacted him via nyspeed and ask whats up. he told me they being sent out of ups the following day. after another week went by i asked asked via nyspeed whats goin on and told me he doesnt know that he will just send the other set. so now its goin on the second week. he replaied a week ago after i sent him my address to the “T” to make sure everything was ok. no he doesnt reply to my pm’s or instant messages on nyspeed.
should i just ask for the money back?
or file under paypal to recieve my money back?
