Hey everyone, my name is Jamie, and I am SplitSecondDsm from ccdsm.net. Sorry that I have not yet made a profile, or introduction thread on the newbie forum, but I have a serious matter at hand to alert you all to, concerning a memember on your board that I am trying to reach in order to rectify a dispute with.
I purchased a aem wideband and an aeromotive afpr kit from upstateclipse on dsmtrader, liam mcmahon, and this was last month. He was hard to communicate with, but I was promised prioirity usps shipping as soon as money was received via paypal. Well, the echeck cleared, payment was received, and he said it was sent out. This was 3 weeks ago. Liam stopped responding totally a week ago, last wedensday, in a text message that told me he would call me later that night after work. I have probably placed over 30 calls to the number I was told to reach him at, countless emails, and still to no avail. I have filed a paypal dispute, and am going to escalate it to a claim tonight. I just wanted to alert you all to this situation, it took place over dsmtrader, and any help in reaching upstateclipse, Liam Mcmahon would be greatly appreciated, thank you!

Mistake #1. If you are going to use paypal ALWAYS USE CREDIT CARD. That way if anything goes wrong, you can just call your credit card company, dispute the transaction and get the money back. E-check means you pulled it straight from your bank account and you are probably SOL. You gotta be smarter about internet transactions, you know scammers are everywhere.
Good luck getting this resolved. You can lookup his username on the memberlist here, maybe you can AIM or PM him. Keep us posted.
alright, I got a hold of him, and he apologized and sent the shipping info via paypal. It was just sent out today, should get it by the weekend. Phew. And no, it wasn’t 20 bucks, it was a couple hundred dollars. Sorry again for not posting an introduction thread first, I will soon. Thanks for the replies though.
