hay shady thx foar the advice!!.......facepalm

:lol

Jon I also heard if you remove 2 of the 4 bolts holding the mains on, that it will reduce friction and increase HP!!!

lmao

what about taking off some piston rings?

OH SHIT

lets see what else i dont need:
-waterpump
-valve covers
-weight thingy on the shaft :lol
-replace gas with water, i hear it weighs less
-replace passenger seat with 94gt50s sister :shifty

oh SNAP!
:shifty:lmao

:rofl :rofl :rofl :rofl

Seriously though, if you have a grinder you can grind the counterweights off the crank or flywheel to reduce rotating mass! Will make you rev out like vtec.

shady= new laduke cob-jobber?

ohhhhh shittttttt

alright so far I’ve removed half of my head studs, 3 rods, all of my oil pan bolts except one, an axle, a valve cover, 2 fittings from the fuel feed line, and cut the ecu in half. Any other advice from you guys?

BRB, removing engine, installing rocket, see new sig in a moment

You dont need brakes in the back since you have the fronts

im all out of ones for weight reduction, but if you need to gain a few of those lbs back im sure you could talk to gti star:ahh:rofl

You guys should think of rotating mass too! I just removed all my brake rotors!!!

Just took my front brakes off cuz they are heavier than the backs, and I got back brakes so I am all good!

This thread needs to be retitled weight reduction ideas or something along those lines

That is actually a practiced form of cheating in spec racing.
