Headliner Repair?

Howdy (apparently I’m listening to Big & Rich while I type this LOL)

The daily driver has been in need of headliner for some time, the quote I got before moving to pittsburgh was $500. Anyone know a good place here? I’m hoping to do (honestly a lot) better than that.

Vehicle is a '92 535i BMW, 4 door with sunroof.

I’ve done several “Cutsom” Headliners, so Im sure yours will be of no problem, but if you could swing it by one day, I will take a peek at it and put a number on it as well.
I am pretty sure im goona come in less than 500, eventhought that is about the going rate. :dunno:

really? 500 sounds alot for a headliner. i got mine off jjs automotive for 100. of course that was just for a hardtop camaro

Alright, your shop doesn’t seem that far I may stop by when I’m over there, hopefully this week, thank you.

Scott5, I’ll go look now, but what do you get for $100? I’ve priced out parts material and the glue and all that, it’s the time and experience I don’t have that concerns me :stuck_out_tongue:

easy to do urself,no need in taking it somewhere and pay big buck,u can do it for less than 50 urself and it take hardly and time at all. Pm me and i,ll tell ya how,i have done a few in my day:mullet:

I have looked a lot at doing it myself, in fact I even found a tutorial on my car… http://www.wlsheadliners.com/tutorials/bmw/

I agree I don’t want to pay big bucks, I just have so little time it drives me nuts, so I can’t decide what to do with it which is why it’s been this way for 7 months LOL.

wow,7 months! Well it will only take u about 20 mins if that to take it out of the car, then u have to strip it off and from there it is easy,so in a matter of 2 hours u are done, but then u have to have it dry over night at least.

I go tthe whole headliner. All i had to do was take my old one out and put the one jjs gave me.
