I figured I should introduce myself in here. GTO owner from Hopwood, PA. I autox a bunch with Habib. I haven’t really done any power modifications due to the class I race in, but I’ve done wheels, tires, and a full suspension to the car, plus some other little things. I guess I’m gonna have to put pittspeed on the list of regularly visited forums now :slight_smile: I’ll post some pics shortly.

I have seen your car the few days I made it out to NP last season.

Yeah, I’ve only made it to one north hills event this season due to all of the traveling I’ve been doing for work, but I have been at 4 Steel Cities events so far at BeaveRun this season.

Well, they’re actually black chrome and change color depending on how light hits them…sometimes they’re real dark, sometimes they’re shiny. lol.

Sorry, I don’t plan on getting rid of the goat anytime soon, hopefully ever.

And yes Matt, the ASA’s look great on your car, you know I had trouble letting go of them, but I needed something wider :slight_smile:

Thanks, you have some real nice rides there too! Some day I want a '66 GTO to have a '66 and an '06, but I think next up on my list is the G8 Sport Truck a year or two from now to replace my Sonoma.

I used to have a 2004 Quicksilver/Redhot 6 speed GTO. I got rid of it & then got the '66. Someday I plan to get another modern GTO (2006) to go with my '66. Similar plan.

Damnit beat me to it lol. Dan’s GTO is nice though, autocrossing that thing is like driving a really fast couch around the course :burnout: Going to have to give it another shot someday since the new suspension & wheels!
