So spd-dmn, if its not the TCU, what can i try to do to fix it?

You need to go through ALL your wiring and check for any split wires… Solder them back together, then if they’re all okay, be prepared to grab a test light and track the wiring for the switches all through the car, it’s a lot of work though.

Leaned away they stoped?
So i pushed againsted the door, replaceds the fuse and everything is good,
I’m just retarted.
