help...240sx spoiler removal

so i’ve decided to take the spoiler off my 240
i thought it would be real easy…just unscrew the bolts and remove
but half way thru i noticed this…

is that just like rusted adhesive things or what
i dont know what to do or what they are
how can i remove them?
does this happen often?
the middle of my spoiler still wont come off
i’m assuming that those things are the reason why :shrug:

you may have missed one little bolt. those white tab things just pop off with a sqrew driver, takes a bit of messing around

Rip the shit off, weld in new peices bondo it and call it a day. K bye.

Those white plugs pop right out, and all that shit there I just hacked away with pliers, and shit.
