anyone know of any buy here pay here lots? around pittsburgh

my wifes 06 cobalt got totaled (jan, 26th 08) by some asshole (who was drunk) who had state farm …we owe $13,176.43 on the car and state farm offered us $12,223.80 , they wont give us anything for the new SS bumper or HID’s or the brand new 2 day old tires, they wont fix the car , and they wont give us any money towards a new car , now i turned down their offer and called the lady a few choice names and told her where to put her offer, and then i called my attorney who is now in the process of sueing them and going after the guy (who was drunk)who hit us for money towards a new car , but in the mean time my wife needs a car because our rental runs out on the 18th and we have like almost no money to put down on anything or buy anything outright , and we dont have good credit due to my accident on my motorcycle last year…

o and the guy who hit us in north park in mid day with 9 witness’s told his insurance (statefarm) that he hit a parked car that had no one inside…

can anyone help us out with any ideas or anything??? i dont know if since we have almost no money to put down , if a buy here pay here place could put a lien on my hatch until the car is paid off or what instead of a Down payment…

i cant get the police report yet…the lady at allegheny county records read me the police report but they wont let me get it till its fully processed…

but we are looking for a buy here pay here lot…or someone who will take payments under contract till this is over with…

You still have to put money down. Nobody is going to let someone take a car with no money down who has bad credit. The only thing you can do is save up some money and buy a beater for 500 and sell it later. The price of cars is up right now because everyone is getting there income tax checks.

i will put money down , i’ll use my income tax, but i am kinda in a bad spot , you know what im saying…were stuck and i refuse to sell my civic, i sold my integra to move into the townhouse she wanted…

its my wifes name on here , somtimes she comes on here and sometimes she doesnt…but i use it more then she does

That clarifies a few things. I suppose not having a second car is not an option while you sort this out is it?

well , we both work in opposite directions and round the same times, and the rental gets taken away on the 18th so its gnna be kind of hard to not have a second car, i mean im sure if we cant get anything else before then , then im gnna have to take some time off to make it work…or she can take time off

theres a ton of buy here pay heres on 51. The car business is in a rut right now, you might be able to get away with not putting much money down.

well turns out my attorney told me today that they just might try to settle out of court for 20g’s so we dont sue him and his insurance, that will buy a car and pay ours off…but we will see , i still might need to get somthing in the mean time
