Yea… There are a LOT of words in English that don’t have a meaning/translation in French… oftentimes, their equivalent is a half-assed attempt at joining multiple words. (I took french till grade 11, spent half of it on english-french websites trying to make things happen. I never did happen)
Their vocabulary isn’t exactly the easiest to modify and adapt to the ever-changing world. That’s exactly why the French fell from being the world’s ‘international’ language-- replaced by English.
