this is my little sleeper. right now im running a 13.3@111mph(11psi)2.30 60 with 50% yokohoma parada spec2’s on it.

3 in SS JGY down pipe
3 in VRS down pipe back exhaust
Spearco front mount IC with custom piping and a greddy type s BOV
Bored MAF with Bluebird 370cc injectors
JWT 4 bar computer for 370cc injectors, bored MAF, POP and s3/s4 idle program
walbro 255 fuel pump
Nismo FPR
Front and rear stb’s
AGX shocks with eibach pro-kit springs all way round
1 year old remaned NX2k front brakes and new stock rear brakes and pads. the front has brembo rotors with axes pads. the car stops on a dime

nice what did the build for the turbo run ya

i couldnt find the introduce yourself thread, so i went off topic haha
(edit-i found the introduce yourself thread in the sticky, my bad :bowdown)

the build pretty much cost me 300 dollars for the turbo. thats what the car needed and i had the spare parts from a gti-r motor i was going to swap into a previous b13
to build these cars is pretty cheap, you can get a gti-r manifold for around 130 and the turbo for 300. after that its getting the rest of the parts you need for a turbo car(lines,exhaust,intercooler,fuel pump, gauges)

the story behind the car goes
a kid named john bought it, put all the money in it, swapped two motors, blew the turbo and sold it to a kid named drew(both from ballston spa i believe). a freind of mine randomly saw it on car domain and told me about it. so i get ahold of drew about the car, find out he blew a turbo he just got, and wanted to sell it. so then i bought it. but a t28 from a gti-r motor on it. put s4 cams in it. raised the boost to 11psi with a greddy profec b boost controller. and its ran great ever since with no problems

Do you have any plans for the 03 spec v

Right now to just continue going all motor with it. the 14.5 was with a 2.3 sixty foot, if i can get some drag radials or go down to englishtown where they actually prep a track i can get low 14’s with it( i know its not great but in the spec v world its one of the best times)
winter plans are to build the head(port and polish, +1mm intake and exhaust valves) and land 200whp and 200wtq

hoping is the key word. the headwork is key. plus we dont have a aftermarket intake manifold yet and of course the guy that just built one had some personal issues and had to delay it a bit. the car stock dyno’s around 140 horse and torque. 2 years ago i dyno’d at synapse at around 170 horse and torque with intake, header, catback and cams. the headwork is supposed to give around 17 more. plus i have a down-mid pipe, throttle body spacer, intake manifold spacer, and i’ll have a clutch and flywheel. i dont see why i wouldnt have those numbers with a built head and new intake manifold
