i own a 1995 z28 camaro its got an after market cool air intake on it along with a dual stainless steel exhaust system on it. it has a few other upgrades to the engine as well. im not sure what its at exactally horse power wise but with the exhaust and air intake its at, atleast 310 =)
P.S. the bras not on it anymore i took it off when i got home

90% of the performance numbers posted on this site are posted as WHP (as in: chassis dyno numbers), and generally speaking from my own LT1 experience, your car will not put down 310 whp with just a CAI & Catback.
However, the guy you’re questioning apparently can’t read where you’ve said there were other things done to the motor. 
Such is the way here.
