I had a mishap this morning with my remote control helicopter in my office…
I need to find a cheap replacement or another tail rotor for this one…
Any ideas where to go?

HobbyTownUSA is on Sheridan in Amherst, in the plaza by Sweet Home Rd.
edit: JOSH WINS
ok I thought that one closed
Will head over shortly…

This made me laugh a little. I need to get one for my office.
lol just get a gas one and fly it outside

I had a cheaper little one that was great but I burned out the motor…
That place on Sheridan sucks. The guy who owns it is a prick and the majority of people he hires have no clue about anything RC.
Fields Hobby on Union near the Galleria. Jason and his dad actually know their stuff and make sure to hire people that do too.
There’s a decent shop over on Transit just north of Target on the opposite side of the road.
Regardless, this is the one you want for office/indoor flight:

Full 3 channel control, up/down, rotate left/right, forward/reverse. I have that one and it flies SOOOO much better than anything you’re going to buy local.
I go to Fields for my 1/32 & 1/24 slot cars
^then there you go. My experience with Hobbytown has been limited to getting project things off the shelf that i need…not so much as looking for help/service.
Ordered
NEW OWNERSHIP NOW! Prick no longer there.
 Good to know. I’ll have to stop by there this weekend and ask the new people a couple of “test” questions about parkflyers and see if the new ownership is still hiring people who know nothing about RC hobbies.
+1 for Field’s.
Good call…Flying it around the office today much better then the others :ohyeah:
It must be nice to be able to do that.
